- We work across the IG postcodes rather than from a shopfront, so there is no walk-in address here. We will not publish one we do not trade from just to look local in a search result.
What helps us answer properly
- Both addresses
- Roughly how many rooms of furniture there are
- Whether there is a loft conversion, a side return, a garage or a shed
- Which floor, and whether a lift takes furniture
- Whether the road is a permit street or too narrow for a large vehicle
- Whether the dates are fixed or still moving
None of it is compulsory. Send two addresses and we will ask about the rest.
Use the quote form insteadIf something has gone wrong
Email with your job reference and what happened, and it goes to somebody senior rather than into a queue. Damage should be reported as soon as you find it — the window is set out in the booking terms on our terms page.
