And the limit
A full two-bed flat with a working kitchen is not a van job. It looks like one, becomes three trips across the borough, and costs more than the right vehicle would have. Anything needing a booked lift and a reserved bay is not one either — the building expects a proper crew and proper paperwork. And a long run up the A12 in a single van is a false economy against a properly loaded vehicle.

By the job, from what you tell us and what we see — not by a clock you watch while somebody carries boxes slowly. If we have misjudged the volume we say so before loading, not after.
Same handling as a full move?
Yes. Blankets in the room, corner protection, floors covered. This is the service where most firms quietly drop the standard.
One person or two?
Depends on the load, the floor and whether there is a lift. Stairs and heavy items want two.
Packing help?
Materials and a hand with the awkward things. A genuine full pack is a different service and gets quoted as one.
Do you cover Barking and Woodford?
